My Background

The nutrition world has been my jam for almost 15 years. It was one of the first steps I took to recovering my relationship with food in conjunction with my yoga practice. Studying nutrition has its twists and turns—its a constant revolving door with new concepts, new studies, and new products. I have combined multiple philosophy's to give my clients a specialized tailored plan with concepts of Ayurveda, Alkaline Eating, Detox Eating, and Functional Nutrition.

Herbal Oils

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda nutrition is based on the principles of Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine that originated in India over 3,000 years ago. It emphasizes a holistic approach to health, focusing on balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Some key aspects include:

DOSHAS, Mindful Eating, Food Types (hot/cold, light/heavy), Digestive Health, Seasonal Eating, and Adaptogens.

Why Green Juice?

Green Juice is a concentrated alkaline-based food. Paired along with whole foods, it's a quick and easy approach to bringing inflammation down in the body.

Green juice is always incorporated into my nutrition and healing plans and here's why: it's supports detoxification, digestive support, living foods, energy boost, weight management, and  boosting immunity.

What is Holisticc?

A holistic approach to nutrition considers the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—rather than just focusing on specific nutrients or dietary restrictions. It takes into account individual needs, preferences, and lifestyles, leading to more sustainable dietary choices. It promotes awareness of eating habits, encouraging individuals to savor their food and listen to their body's hunger cues,

which can help with digestion.
