Meet Mel 

Hi y'all, I'm Mel! I'm all about balance—it's ok to have a little green juice and a splash of tequila. Nutrition and health do not have to be a confusing and stressful experience. I'm excited to work with you to help support, guide, educate, and make sense of all the why's. You don't have to do this alone!


As a holistic nutritionist and wellness consultant, I focus on empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through a comprehensive approach that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I create personalized nutrition plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle, emphasizing whole, nutrient-dense foods. In addition to dietary guidance, I provide support in areas such as stress management, mindfulness, and lifestyle adjustments, fostering a balanced approach to wellness. By educating my clients about the interconnectedness of their choices, I help them cultivate healthier habits that promote long-term well-being and vitality.
